Why Green Covering Acoustic Wall Panel
Wood Veneer
Our veneers are of the highest quality, sourced directly from reputable veneer factories. We offer a wide range of colors, including natural oak, American walnut, ebony, rosewood, and many other popular choices, with nearly 50 color options available. To meet the diverse needs of our customers, our veneers come in thicknesses of 25 microns and 45 microns. The texture and grain of our veneers are premium-grade, ensuring that when applied to MDF boards, they look and feel just like real wood planks.
High density wood slat
Our MDF boards (slat) meet the European E1 environmental standard. The high-density boards are processed to be moisture-resistant and less prone to deformation. Their dense structure gives the acoustic panels a solid and dimensional appearance, allowing nails to be firmly secured into the acoustic cotton, minimizing the risk of loosening.We offer two wood strip color options: beige and gray-black, which can be paired with different wood veneers according to customers’ preferences and needs. We have two standard thicknesses available, 9mm and 12mm, and we can also accommodate custom requirements.
Acoustic felt
Our acoustic felt panel is made from environmentally friendly PET materials. Since we manufacture the acoustic PET in-house, this significantly reduces the cost of the acoustic panels. We use high-density cotton at 4kg per square meter, which ensures that the panels are sturdy and well-structured. If custom shapes are needed, we can adjust the density or thickness to make the felt more flexible and soft.To complement different interior designs, we offer a variety of acoustic PET panel colors that can be matched with different wood strips and veneer finishes, giving your clients more options to choose from.
