Wood Veneer
We use high-quality veneer to improve the overall sound absorption of wood slat texture, so we pay great attention to the process and quality of the veneer factory. We offer a variety of color options. We have more than 100 kinds of veneer to choose from, and to meet the needs of different customers.
we also have different thicknesses of veneer, 25 microns, and 45 microns to choose from, please note that these two specifications are all the specifications produced by the veneer factory, if someone tells you that they have other 30 microns or 50 microns or other thickness, maybe they are exaggerating.
The perfect touch makes the veneer, whether 25 microns or 45 microns thick, as beautiful as the whole wood when attached to the wood slat. We also offer up to 500 kinds of PVC film colors, I believe there must be a suitable one for you.
High density wood slat
Our wood slat has reached the E1 level of the European environmental protection level, and the high-density MDF board not only has a low water absorption rate but also a lower expansion rate.
At the same time, because the acoustic PET felt and the wood slat are combined by nails, if the MDF boards with high density, they will be more solid when assembling. We have two wood strip colors, wood color, and black, for different projects and customers can freely combine colors and match, for example, some customers like oak veneer with wood color strips.
Our regular wood strip height is 9mm and 12mm and can be customized according to your requirements.
Acoustic felt
Our sound-absorbing cotton is made of environmentally friendly PET material. Since the acoustic PET panel is produced by our factory, our acoustic wood slat wall panel will be very advantageous in price.
For conventional sound-absorbing wood slat wall panels, we use high-density 4kg sound-absorbing felt per square meter, so the overall sound-absorbing wood slat wall panel is neat and sleek. If it needs to be installed in some cylinder or special need to shape the place, we can reduce the density and change the density of the acoustic PET felt, so that it becomes soft and can be folded and shaped.

1. One wood slat panel is 2400x600mm or can be customized
2.Each product is individually heat-sealed in plastic to ensure its safety and integrity during transport and storage.
3.According to the requirements, 1 to 4 pieces are packed into each box, providing protection and easy handling.
4.The boxes are stacked neatly onto pallets, which are securely wrapped to ensure stability during transport.The forklift loads the pallets into shipping containers.
