1. Determine the location where the composite pergola needs to be installed, pre-place the base at the starting end, and then mark the position of the screws.
2. Put the post into the base, confirm that the hole of the wpc post and the hole of the base are at the same level, and confirm that the expansion screws can be directly passed through and fixed (these have been confirmed when purchasing)
3. After confirming the position of the first composite post , preset the positions of other columns according to the requirements in turn, and follow the same method. Note that the base does not need to be fixed with screws first.
4. After all the posts are confirmed in position, start to cross the beam through the column. Please note that the length of the beam and the distance between the columns are considered at the beginning. When placing an order or purchasing, these distances are preset. The distance of the beam is the distance between each column you want.
5. Make sure that all beams cross the holes of the columns (preset before leaving the factory) to ensure that the distances are correct, fix the screws of the column base, and the expansion screws between the column and the stainless steel base.
6. After the columns and beams are fixed, each composite blade is stuck in the groove of the beam. The groove is also designed at the factory, and a stable pergola is completed.
