All our Herringbone SPC flooring with a wear layer exceeding 0.3mm features a micro-beveling process. Custom painted beveling is also available in different colors. 7.How to Install Herringbone SPC Flooring？
Installing herringbone SPC flooring is simple. The herringbone pattern must be laid starting from the center axis of the room to ensure visual symmetry.
For right-angle joining, take one A board and one B board. Insert the short edge of the B board into the long edge of the A board to form a 90-degree “V” shape.
Ensure the joints are completely flat, utilizing the precision design of the A/B locking system for a seamless connection. Alternately add A and B boards along the center line.
Use installation tools (such as a rubber mallet and tapping block) to gently tap the long edges of the flooring planks, ensuring the locking mechanisms are fully engaged and preventing gaps. Additionally, be sure to leave an 8-10mm expansion gap along the walls.

SPC flooring and laminate flooring each have their advantages, but SPC flooring is completely waterproof and has a fire rating of B1. Therefore, if you have a strong need for waterproofing,SPC flooring is a better choice.
