What’s LVT flooring ?
The main core part of Green’s LVT flooring is made by hot-pressing an extruded layer mixed with all calcium carbonate powder and PVC resin powder according to the specification requirements. The floor made of the new type of resin powder is more environmentally friendly and stable than the plastic extracted from recycled plastic products such as tires and the outer layer of wires. It contains no formaldehyde, no glue, no heavy metals and no O-VOC. Both the surface wear-resistant layer and the pattern layer are made of pure PVC structure, which is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and recyclable. The fire resistance rating has passed the CE certification and reached B1 level through CE certification, and the formaldehyde detection level is E1 level.

LVT flooring VS Engineered flooring
Engineered flooring has a strong deformation resistance due to its structure of crisscrossing and pressing wood, making it suitable for geothermal environments and highly thermally stable. However, due to its multi-layer structure, adhesives are required between each layer, and its environmental performance is uncertain. Although the surface is hardwood, scratches will still appear after long-term use. Once soaked in water, the layers between each layer will expand and cannot be reversed. Due to the problem of craftsmanship, the price is almost close to that of solid wood flooring.
LVT flooring is not only competitively priced, but also has a surface wear resistance of up to AC4-AC5. After tens of thousands of revolutions, the surface is still intact. In addition, lvt flooring is a truly waterproof floor, and the hotpress process does not require any concerns about excessive formaldehyde in the glue.

LVT flooring VS Laminate flooring
Laminate flooring has been a popular choice this year. Its wear-resistant surface layer is incredibly hard and 10-30 times more wear-resistant than regular flooring, making it suitable for high-traffic areas. It doesn’t require polishing or waxing, but due to its structure, laminate flooring contains glue and adhesives, which inevitably contributes to formaldehyde. Laminate flooring also uses a core layer of density fiberboard. If the density is too high, it can easily absorb water and expand, leading to excessive formaldehyde levels.
However, extruded LVT flooring, primarily composed of calcium carbonate powder and PVC resin powder, guarantees zero glue and formaldehyde. Its high-strength wear-resistant surface is not only wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, and slip-resistant, but the entire floor is also waterproof.

OUR PRODUCT
LVT flooring surface treatment
Our LVT flooring typically offers four common surface treatments, each achieving a different decorative effect.
LVT flooring Herringbone design & Chevron design
Besides standard flooring patterns, LVT flooring also offers herringbone and chevron patterns. Different flooring methods can create different spatial feel and decorating styles.

Herringbone LVT flooring
Herringbone LVT flooring is a classic in the flooring industry and a popular installation method among many customers. It uses rectangular planks arranged at 90-degree angles, creating a staggered, cross-grain pattern that effectively avoids the monotony and rigidity that can occur with large-area installations (such as in a large living room), making narrow hallways or shallow rooms appear longer and deeper. The neat lines break the monotony of the walls; this regularity breaks the dullness of the walls and gives the flooring a sense of dynamism and fluidity.

Chevron LVT flooring
Chevron flooring is often considered the “aristocrat” of flooring installations, possessing a unique sense of clean lines and sophistication in its visual language and spatial effect. The most distinctive feature of chevron flooring is that the ends of the planks are cut (usually at 45° or 60°), ensuring that the two planks form a straight central axis when joined. The individual planks in a herringbone pattern are parallelograms, with all the V-shaped corners precisely aligned on a straight line.
Customer feedback
We have been sourcing SPC flooring from Green Covering for over two years now. The stability of their click-lock system is excellent—we rarely receive complaints from our installers. Their Deep Embossed (EIR) collection is particularly popular with our customers; the texture feels incredibly close to real wood. A reliable manufacturing partner for our private label
I needed a large quantity of Herringbone LVT for a hotel renovation project, and Green Covering delivered perfectly. The pattern alignment was precise, which saved our team a lot of time during installation. The visual effect of the finished floor provided exactly the spatial extension and luxury feel the client wanted. Highly recommended for commercial projects
What impresses me most about Green Covering is their communication and customization capabilities. We requested a specific Hand Scraped surface treatment to match a vintage style, and their R&D team provided samples very quickly. The shipment arrived on schedule, and the packaging was robust. It is hard to find a factory in China that balances price and quality this well
